Personality[]

Aloysius is an eccentric yet deeply passionate person, mainly because of his obsession with peppers. He can be quite awkward around women, specifically Greer. But despite his kidness and generosity, Aloysius is capable of standing up for both himself and others when disrespected. One example of this is when Greer's father belittled her and her sisters, and instead of allowing it, Aloysius shut him down.

Although he is portrayed mostly as an odd individual in his early appearances, we see a loving and loyal side to him as the seasons progress. He is very strong in is beliefs, which is shown in his dedication to his religion, refusing to stop being involved in it even after Greer begs him too.
